Title: Financial Reporting Analyst
Location: Fairfield, CT
Salary: 90 - 110K

Background Desired: 5 years experience in Public Accounting. CPA or equivalent. Knowledge of SEC reporting and generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, leadership skills.

Reponsibilities: Act as lead analyst responsible for all aspects of the Statement of Cash Flows as included in respective financial statements. Requires collaboration with treasury and business functions.
Participate in the quarterly press release process ensuring accuracy of all data.
Prepare quarterly/annual summary balance sheet analysis package for senior management.
Analyze financial statement areas and prepare footnote and MD&A disclosures for quarterly and annual SEC filings for Annual Report.
Coordinate data collection process with corporate functions including, FP&A, Tax and Treasury. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements related to the financial reporting process.
Title: Senior Analyst - Corporate Accounting
Location: Greencwich, CT
Salary: 75 - 85K + bonus

Background Desired: BS in Accounting. 5+ years experience with strong interpersonal, organizational and Excel skills.

Responsibilities: Perform month-end close responsibilities - account reconciliations and analysis, accruals and reclassifications.
Assist in quarterly preparation of Senior Management reporting package.
Provide financial support for corporate departments.
Make recommendations & execute process improvements.
Responsible for compilation and accuracy of monthly balance sheet.
Title: Associate Accounting Manager
Location: Valhalla, NY
Salary: 85 - 100K + bonus
Company: Consumer Products

Background Desired: BA in Accounting with 5-8 years of accounting experience in a diversified consumer/industrial goods company.
Proficient in Excel, Exposure to SAP software preferred.

Reponsibilities: The position reports into the Controller.
Responsible for divisional financial reporting and analysis, and reporting consolidated actual results to Parent Company on a monthly basis.
Maintain & analyze G/L account reconciliations.
Supervise staff accountants who have month-end responsibilities and analysis of SG&A and Manufacturing Cost of Sales.
Assist Controller in preparing budget, forecasts, and long-term plans.
