Reponsibilities: Ongoing development of Funding and Liquidity Plans. Global aggregation and monitoring of cash flows from operating, financing/equity, and investing activities. Preparation of cash flow variance analysis, highlighting trends in operating liquidity, evaluating threats and opportunities in the company’s capital plans.
Analysis of cash flows, market access, corporate liquidity and acquisition capacities.
Responsible for the measurement, quantification and strategizing of global interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.
Maintain and update interest rate and foreign exchange risk management policies and procedures as necessary.
Oversee the performance tracking of derivatives activity.
Liaise with Corporate Accounting and FP&A areas to facilitate interest rate and foreign exchange forecasting, external reporting of interest rate and foreign exchange risk, and accounting for derivative positions.
|Title: Manager of Financial Planning

|Background Desired: Undergraduate or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
8 - 15 years of experience in Financial Planning / Decision Support in a consumer and customer-oriented organization. Advanced system and modeling skills. Strong Excel skills including proficiency in pivot tables and database functions.
Responsibilities: Participates in the compilation of all financial forecasts, including annual plan/budget, quarterly plan updates and monthly plan updates for volume, revenue and trade spend line items.
Support detailed level plan and forecasts and associated analytics.
Reconciliation and analysis of forecasts to actual plan.
Review and align actual and forecast data to Essbase Financial Planning System.
Interface with field finance team to manage risks and secure opportunities to increase profit margins and efficiencies.
|Title: Manager Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: White Plains, NY
Salary: 125 – 140K + bonus
Company: Consumer Products Mfg.
|Background Desired: BS degree in Finance, MBA a plus. 8-10 years business or financial operations experience in consumer products company required. Candidate must have previous responsibility for planning and analyzing budgets and P&L. Skilled in SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) software systems.
Reponsibilities: Assist senior management in developing divisional business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Develop and supervise the divisional expense budget control system and report monthly expense status and key variances.
Analyze and report actual results vs. budget of key financial/P&L measures and variances, provide recommendations and strategies for improvement.
Manage key monthly ledger entries, including but not limited to expense, inventory, and price protection accruals/reserves.
Establish and maintain the management reporting system of financial information and provide reports to senior management enabling effective financial decision making.
Key liaison with the Finance Department in communicating the objectives/strategies of the division and ensuring accurate P&L management.
|Title: Manager – Sales Finance
Salary: 135K + bonus

|Background Desired: BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus.
Experience Required: 7-10 years related experience in a consumer products company. Strong financial modeling with solid knowledge of P&L and balance sheet. Solid interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities: Liaison to field sales with particular emphasis on trade spending evaluation and account P&L’s. Manage trade spending budget, monitor actual spending vs. forecast.
Utilize trade promotions KPI's to forecast future performance and evaluate various promotional options.
Performing post-promotion evaluations and share learnings with field sales and the executive team.
Summarize for executive team and senior sales personnel trade spending opportunities and risks.
Develop tool for field sales to evaluate various trade promotion options (“ROI model”).
